I obtained my Massage Therapy registration from the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia in 2015, after graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, BC where I completed the 3,000 hour Registered Massage Therapy program. It was here that I received in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, hydrotherapy, pain and stress management. Having been born and raised in Ladysmith, I was thrilled to start my career at a local multidisciplinary clinic, and 9 years later open my own private office in town. As a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), I use modalities such as Swedish Massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, joint mobilization, muscle energy techniques, and have my level two in Craniosacral Therapy. I am excited to continue serving the community in which I grew up.
