Wendy obtained her Massage Therapy registration from the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia in 2015, after graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, BC where she completed the 3,000 hour Registered Massage Therapy program. It was here that she received in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, hydrotherapy, pain and stress management. Having been born and raised in Ladysmith, Wendy was thrilled to start her career at a local multidisciplinary clinic, and 9 years later opened her own private office in town. As a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), she uses modalities such as Swedish Massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, joint mobilization, muscle energy techniques, and has her level one in Craniosacral Therapy. Wendy is excited to continue serving the community in which she grew up.
